Terms & Conditions

The cardholder acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the Big C Gift Card Plus (“Card”) as follows:

1. The Card can be used to purchase goods & services at Big C Supercenter, Big C mini, and Pure Pharmacy at any Big C stores up to the remaining balance on the Card.
2. The Card is not valid for purchases of gift vouchers, phone cards, alcohol and tobacco products, food court, bill payment, and Big C rental area shops.
3. If the value of the goods exceeds the remaining balance on the Card, the cardholder must pay the remaining amount in cash, credit card, or other payment methods as specified by the company.
4. The Card is valid for top-up at cashier counters at any Big C stores. The maximum remaining balance on the Card is 30,000 Thai baht and as per the terms and conditions set by the company. The remaining balance can be checked at Big C customer service or cashier counters at any Big C stores.
5. The Card cannot be transferred or combined between Cards, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other returns.
6. The Card has a validity of 5 years from the date of card activation. The cardholder can check the expiration date of the Card at the Big C customer service. Once the Card has expired, the remaining balance cannot be used for payment of goods and services, and/or cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other returns.
7. In cases where the card has not been used for a period of at least 2 years or more from the date of card activation or from the date of the last transaction, the company shall charge service fees for not exceeding 20 Thai baht per month by deducting such fees from the remaining balance on the Card. The company, at its sole discretion and as appropriate, reserves the right to take any action including suspension or cancellation of this service, as per the terms and conditions set by the company.
8. The cardholder shall not purchase and/or use the Card for any unlawful purpose and/or against public order or good morals.
9. The company reserves the right to accept refunds, refuse to accept payments, suspend, cancel, replace, and/or compensate for damages in the event of Card damage, any changes to the Card without prior notice to the company, lost cards, stolen cards, or cards used illegally and/or against public order or good morals.
10. The cardholder agrees that the terms and conditions for the purchase and/or the use of the Card are as specified by the company. The company reserves the right to amend, alter, or change the terms and conditions, fee rates, service charges, or any details related to the Card, including other relevant terms and conditions, without prior notice. The cardholder can read such amendments on the company’s website at https://corporate.bigc.co.th/bigcgiftcardplus-terms-and-conditions. The cardholder agrees to waive any rights to dispute any amendments to the terms and conditions of the Card.

12. The cardholder acknowledges and consents to the company collecting, using, and/or disclosing the cardholder's personal data under the terms and conditions in accordance with the law for the purpose of the provision of the services. The cardholder can read the details of the collection, use, and/or disclosure of personal data from the Privacy Policy for Big C Gift Card Plus on the company’s website at https://corporate.bigc.co.th/bigcgiftcardplus-terms-and-conditions or other channels as announced by the company.
13. The company assumes that the cardholder has read and accepted the terms and conditions of the Card and the cardholder agrees to be bound by and complies with these terms and conditions whether existing at the present and/or to exist in the future.
