How to Top up

Inform the amount you wish to top up to Big C Gift Card which are 100, 200, 300, 500, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 baht at all branches of Big C cashiers, Mini BigC and Pure Pharmacy.

Maximum balance allowed in Big C Gift Card is 30,000 baht per card.

Customer must show his/her genuine ID card together with Big C Gift Card to the cashier when top up.

Cashier top up the amount as informed by the Client. The Client must check the balance shown in receipt. The top up transaction cannot be canceled in any cases.

Top up to BigC Gift Card does not change to cash.

Top up to BigC Gift Card does not counted for earning Big Card points.
