The Big C Gift Card is a gift card in the form of an electronic cash card (plastic card type) that can be issued with a specified value and reloaded with additional funds. The card can be used to pay for products and/or services in place of cash at all Big C Hypermarkets, Mini Big C stores, and Pure Pharmacy branches throughout Thailand.
Big C Gift Card is valid for purchases up at Big C stores and branches (Cashiers).
Not over 30,000 THB / Card.
Big C, Mini Big C, and PURE in every stores and branches located in Thailand.
Top up available amounts are THB 100, 200, 300, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, and 7,000, with a maximum reload limit of THB 12,000 per transaction per receipt, or such other amounts as may be determined by the Company in the future. The total balance stored on the card must not exceed THB 30,000 per card.
Big C, Mini Big C, and PURE in every stores and branches located in Thailand.
Any balance remaining in the giftcard. A maximum of 10 gift cards may be used per receipt.
You can check your balance on your receipt, Big Service counter, and Big C call center 1756.
Big C giftcard is non-refundable.
5 years from the month of card activated. (except for cards that are activated before May 2, 2021, the card will be valid for 3 years)
- In case of defect from card quality such as magnetic strips cannot be used. You can contact the customer service for a replacement card at Big C distribution store.
- In case of defects due to the negligence of the user, for example the card is warped, broken and the card cannot be used, we will not be able to provide a replacement card.
The Client shall contact Big C Call Center 1756 to freeze the card immediately in order to prevent the exploitation from the card by other person. The Company reserves the right to compensate the damaged card in all cases.
The Company reserves the right of card cancellation in all cases. The card is valid for 5 years from the month of card activated.
Buy or top up of the Big C Gift Card is not eligible for Big Point.
In the event that the card has expired but retains a remaining balance, the cardholder may contact the Call Center at 1756 within forty-five (45) days from the month of expiration to request an extension of the card’s validity period (subject to the company’s terms and conditions) in order to utilize the remaining balance. Please note that no additional funds may be added to the card.
If the company does not receive such a request, or if the cardholder makes contact later than forty-five (45) days from the expiration month, any remaining balance on the card shall not be used for the purchase of goods or services, nor shall it be transferable, refundable, replaceable, or redeemable for cash, or convertible into any other form of compensation.
1. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed via email at [email protected] or by contacting Big C Head Office at 081-110-0337 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
2. Required Documents for Corporate Purchases
- - Company Affidavit / Certificate of Incorporation
- - List of Shareholders (BorJor. 5 / BorMorJor. 006)
- - Letter of Authorization appointing an individual to act on behalf of the company (template provided by Big C)
- - Copy of the Authorized Person’s National ID Card
- - Copy of the Authorized Representative’s National ID Card (for the person collecting the Gift Cards)
3. Payment Methods
- - Cash (payment accepted only on the collection date)
- - Cashier’s Check payable to Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited
- - Bank Transfer
- **Credit card payments are not accepted.**
4. Gift Card Preparation and Collection
- - The authorized representative must present the original National ID Card together with the Letter of Authorization when collecting the Gift Cards at the designated Big C store.
- - Gift Cards are generally available for collection within approximately 7 business days for branches in Bangkok and surrounding areas, and up to 14 business days for branches in other provinces.
Note: The above processing times are subject to change and depend on the timely submission of all required documents and the successful completion of payment.
Vouchers or any reward points cannot be used to purchase or top up a Big C Gift Card.
- For purchases at Big C stores, payment can be made by Cash or QR payment.
- For orders placed through the Head Office, payment can be made by Cash, Cashier’s Check or Bank Transfer.
