Big Wallet service has been terminated on 25 January 2024.
Thank you for using Big wallet and your support.  
We would like to inform you of the extension of the refund period for the refund channel via Prompt Pay account (linked with citizen ID number).
As many customers, the customer will receive a refund through your Prompt Pay account (linked with citizen ID number) by Friday, 09 February 2024.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
 

For customers who have remaining balance, can proceed by

1. Customers will receive a refund automatically into their Prompt Pay account (linked with their citizen ID number) after the termination of service.

2. Customers who have remaining balance, can request a refund

- Register to request a refund at Big C customer service counter.

    Service hours: Monday – Friday 09.00-18.00 hrs.

 

**Refund conditions: 

1. In case customers have a Prompt Pay account linked with their citizen ID number, the refund will be automatically transferred into their Prompt Pay account after the termination of service. 

2. In case customers do not have a Prompt Pay account linked with their citizen ID number, the customers must request for the refund by filling out a refund request form and present a copy of citizen ID along with a copy of the bank account to transfer the refund into their bank accounts within 20 business days after making the refund request. 

3. Customers will receive the money back to your bank account from 2C2P Co.,Ltd, service provider for Big C’s e-wallet.

4. Please refund within 30 April 2024, after that maintenance fees (20 THB) will be deduct automatically every 1st of the month until the account is depleted.
