Solutions for Big C Gift Card holders

1.Damaged card
1.1 due to card quality i.e., a magnetic bar is not working
The Client fills up the form requesting card status checking and the damaged card together with a copy of ID card with a holder's signature certifying correct copy. Submit all these items at Big C Customer Services all branches to obtain replacement card.
The remaining balance as shown in the Company system is transferred to a new card.

1.2 due to negligence of holder i.e., the card is bent, broken, not available for normal use
The Company reserves the right to compensate for the damaged card in all cases.
The Company reserves the right to compensate for the remaining balance in the card in all cases.
2.Lost card
The Client requests refund of remaining balance in the card.
The Client shall contact Big C Call Center 1756 to freeze the card immediately in order to prevent the exploitation from the card by other person. The Company reserves the right to compensate the damaged card in all cases.

3.Card cancellation
To request for remaining balance in the card.
The Company reserves the right of card cancellation in all cases.
The Company reserves the right to refund/transfer remaining balance in the card in all cases.
4.The card is expired
The card is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.
(Except for cards that are activated before May 2, 2021, the card will be valid for 3 years)
Check expiration date of your card on the receipt or contact Big C Call Center 1756 or Big C all branches.
The Company reserves the right to refund. In case the Client wishes to have the remaining balance in his/her card as shown in the Company system transferred to the new card, the Client must contact the branch to purchase a new Big C Gift Card.

5. In case the card has not been in use.
The card has been inactive for more than 2 years since last use.
The Company will apply maintenance fee for the account up to 20 baht per month until the balance in the card will finish or the Client start using/topping up the card.
The Company reserves the right to refund/transfer remaining balance in the card in all cases.
