    Big C Academy rooms which are auditorium, computer lab, cashier lab and classroom. We have 10 learning rooms to serve our employees.

    Student Trainee Program

    Big C Supercenter Public Co., Ltd. offer challenging opportunity to undergraduate students with a wide variety of academic backgrounds i.e. Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Political Science, Economics, Supply Chain/ Logistics, Business French, Business English, Pharmacy, and related fields.

    The objective of the internship course is to facilitate reflection on experiences obtained in the internship and to enhance understanding of academic material by application in the internship setting. Internships will provide students the opportunity to test their interest; formulate and focus career objectives, in a particular career before permanent commitments are made.

  • Internship students will develop skills and techniques directly applicable to their careers
  • Internships will provide students the opportunity to develop attitudes conducive to effective interpersonal relationships
  • Internships will provide students with an in-depth knowledge of the formal functional activities of a participating organization
  • Internship programs will enhance advancement possibilities of graduates

    Minimum requirements for application

  • Currently an Undergraduate Student; Bachelor's Degree (3rd or 4th year)
  • Hold at least cumulative GPA. 2.75
  • Have a good behavior record
  • Proactive, initiative, and tolerant
  • Strong interpersonal skill, service-minded with positive attitude
  • Computer literacy; Microsoft Office

    Time line and Duration of Internship

  • 2nd Quarter (April – June)
  • 3rd Quarter (September – October)
  • Other period, throughout the year as per Executive approval
